2002 Trailblazer electronic driver information center (dic) not working

I have a 2002 trailblazer the electronic driver information center (dic) went out after replacing the vehicle battery. I checked the fuses in the fuse box under the hood and under the rear passenger seat,I disconnected and reconnected the battery,I checked for diagnostic codes found none.

Does anyone know what the problem is? and how do I fix it?
