1999 Dodge Ram 1500 A/C

My 1999 Dodge Ram 1500's a/c works great, till the truck or the outside temp gets warmed up.  Put in a new condenser and checked charge, the a/c clutch is disengaged when there is no a/c.  Have tried jumping and replacing both high and low pressure switches, and both the a/c clutch relay and fuse.  Have taken it to numerous shops, and they all just shrug and say they may have to start throwing parts at it.  After the p/u cools down the a/c will work for a while, then just quits......... Help......
