My 1998 528i BMW

my 1998 528i bmw driver side door don't want to open. and i can not take the driver side door panel out.

Why can't you take the panel out?, Does it get stuck in the car's frame?

yes the door is in the closed position, I can't open the door and I'm looking for a way to take the panel out without opening the door becuase in logk close.

Sounds like you're facing a couple of options. Either to break the panel so you will be able to remove it, fix the door yourself, and hopefully fix the panel or buy a new/used one, or get a professional to do the job. Sorry I'm not much of an help.
