why isn't my 1991 cutless curiser sl 3.3 motor getting any fuel? Replaced the brain today, third part we replaced, running out of things to try and money to do it with

Fuel pump?
Have you tried the fuse? Can you hear the pump when you turn on the key? The pump is in the tank, get close to the tank and have someone turn on the key and listen for it, check for voltage, wire going to pump in the tank, check at fuel relief check valve, check for pressure. check fuel filter might be clogged up. Hope one of these helped.

OK Bob and Ron--I am going to answer both you guys at the same time sence you both are on the same page here. It is not the fuel pump, there is 42 pounds of pressure, we checked the fuse, fuel gets to the injectors but the injectors does not spit the fuel. We even put on another brain thinking that was it and tryed switching the chip in the brain, a guy the sells salvaged parts in Toledo told us with all that has been done already and with what is going on 9 out of 10 chances it is the brain, plus because before all this happened the car would stall at red lights and hesitate when driving sometimes. The car did start when we used starting fluid. The lady that owns the car she is on a fixed income and can't afford to have it worked on but everyone who works on cars cannot figure it out either. HELP!!
