1991 Civic Hatchback Engine Problems... I NEED HELP

I have a 1991 Honda Civic Hatchback with a 1995 1.6L VTEC engine swap. I changed the water pump yesterday and now the car will not start, engine cranks but will not turn over to a complete start. I have checked and replaced ingnition coil, not that. I have checked spark plugs, all ok. The battery was relocated to the truck and I replaced the cable going to the battery, that is fine. The starter is fine, and there is nothing wrong with the fuel pump that I can see at least. What else am I missing?? I did have to remove timing belt to get to the water pump....is there something that might effect that when I put it back on?? Engine Timing...? If so, how do I fix that??

if it cranks over it might just be a bad ground from the battery
