where is the amplifier located to the radio? I have no volume to the stereo...I took out the radio and hooked up the speakers directly and it works...the problem is in the amp..I checked out all the fuses and they are working. Thanks.
the amp is in the radio from the factory, so now you just need a amp to hook to the other device
If it is not the stock radio you need a jump wire to the amp.

most mercedes the amp is in the trunk on the right side near the wheelwell . note there also might be anither module aboue the steering collium
