1950 Cape needs desperate face lift in kitchen

Hello Eric, I have a 1950 cape home in desperate need of new kitchen and flooring everything is made of paneling(YUK) the walls are beginng to close in on us but we are scared to attempt a full tear down due to cost effectiveness. Some walls seem solid while others don't which would mean electrical,new walls,propane line moved,and plus new cabinets and counter tops very expensive! HELP PLEASE????????????????
