1920's three face baby doll, she has a porclain head, knob on head to change the face from crying with tears, smiling, and sleeping. Cotton stuff body, sewed on white Satan slip or dress trim in lace.  She came from a women age 93 who had got her as a child of three. NO markings! Anyone have any information on this baby doll? Thanks
