my mom died 3 months ago my sister is executor. there is nothing but a cd which will be split between my sister and ithe cd came due the end of april. she is still holding the momey in her savings account,\.  there was also my moms engagement ring which i get. can i just tell her i want it

How do I find the time?

Hi Marilyn, sorry for your loss.

It is best to be open about these things and be honest with your sister from the begining.  Tell her you want it and see what she says.
