Im 17 overweight and im seaking for help

ok well im 17 i am over weight and i need to loose weight ASAP i have tried every thing you nme it and i have done it i would even go to mexico and take shots in my skin very painful an nothin has helped me ive tried mostly every diet pill and im on some now but theydont seem to work i exeercise daily and now i have a broken anckle arthriis on my back my dscs are dissinagratng and well a lot of things are wrong with me my health isnt great i need help im only 17 and im going down the drain quick i dont over eat im seaking for emediate help no matter how much i have to pay my mom and i are searching for help as long as i dont have to do the bypass surgery i was at that line and near doing it but im basically putting myself in the death bed

i have very heavy periods and also i've had my thyroid tested before and they said it was ok.i appreciate your advice i now have an appointment with a gynecologist the 8th of august and im hoping to get some answers but also im having this appointment because i have an ovarian cyst and i might need to get surgery for i dont know if it becauseof my weight but im deffenatly going to find out...my mom and I are looking forward to giving you guys a call thank you i really appreciate this
