You Can't! Stay away from hi carb foods and start working out!

 

It's very hard without a good diet. There have been studies that drinking green tea cuts belly fat though. Plus only being 11, there's a very good chance you will grow out of it.

 

You can do sit ups, you really don't need a diet, but you shouldnt eat too much food. You are still young and it may just still be baby fat.

 

stop drinking soda, eatting bread, and get on your bike and ride

I am not too sure that I can help you because I don't think you are old enough to join a gym or fitness center.  Unless you are eating all the wrong things, as you grow taller you will automatically become more proportional and mature in your body shape.  If your parents can afford it, ask them to get you a Wii Fit with balance board.  It is a wonderful way to excercise at home.  I love mine and use it when I miss a class at the fitness center I go to 4 days a week.  Cut out as much soda and sweets as you possibly can.  Maybe even your doctor can suggest a dietician you could work with to get better eating habits.  Don't forget your fruits and veggies.  Best of luck to you.

You are only 11 mate. You will be going through some humungus growth spurts over the nest few years and you will probably shake it off then.

You have to be honest with yourself though. What is your activity level like and how much and what kind of foods do you eat. If you sit around on the xbox most days eating chrisps, fish and chip and Harribos all the time, then that is why you would have belly fat. If you eat well and are active then the fat is natural. There is a lot of un-educated parents out there who give their kids anything they want to eat, and massive portions, but you need to educate yourself and realise when you are eating too much fat and sugar.

You are only 11 so don't worry about it. If you are eating crap and doing no activity, then change it and live healthy, get on your bike, do a sport...  Doing sit ups will do nothing to get rid of belly fat. You need cardiovascular exercise to get rid of fat.
