We purchased a 10x10 jiffy shade. From the ace hardware store in elbridge new york 13060. Used it twice and it fell apart when it rained and bent the frame all to pieces. We purchased another one at the price of 79.00 each and this one fell apart from the wind. Bent fram and all. The tag says it is not flame and heat proff. Nothing is said about rain and wind and the frame is made of medel. To only get 2 uses for each jiffy shade is sure a lot of money. I feel we are entitled to get our money back as i don't want another jiffy shade. Look foward to hearing from you real soon in this manner.
