Add lots of raw or steamed vegetables to your daily diet , cut out soda & carbs (chips, bread, cookies, etc.), and drink plenty of water. Also, try to get an extra 15 minutes of moderate exercise in per day.
When I was your age, I could lose quickly by having a Slim Fast shake & fruit for breakfast, eating a big salad with some added protein at lunch - some turkey, tuna, or boiled egg -, a salad without the extra protein for dinner, and a fat-free fudgsicle when I needed something sweet.
The key is to do it the healthy way, or you may screw up your metabolism for life. Good luck!
