There are a number of goods that are a good source of water.

  1.  Watermelon is an obvious one
  2. Cucumber (97% water)
  3. Zucchini
  4. Tomato
  5. Melon
  6. Eggplant (92%)
  7. Peaches (87%)
  8. Oranges
  9. Tangerines
  10. Red Kidney Beans (77%)

I hope that helps.  Always good to know if you live in a hot country!
