What are the 10 cultural differences between the Israelis and the Palestinians?
To say nothing, especially when speaking, is half the art of diplomacy.
You left out a few zeros in your question. This is why you haven't gotten a response and I will be very surprised if you will.
Any how can you narrow it to ten?
They that would give up a little liberty for temporary safety will be left with neither. Benjamin Franklin
When you refer to Israelis are you speaking of native Israelis of many generations in Palestine or more recent Jews who now live in "Israel"? The differences between Eastern European Jews and Palestinians is so vast, that to me the Jews of Eastern Europe now in Israel are truly misfits based on the general charachter and culture of the region they now wrongfully occupy. For example, most Eastern European Jews don't look Semitic. They look Caucasian yet sometimes with a trace of Mongoloid oriental features. Typically most Eastern European Jews have music traditions and music taste that is more European than Semitic. Most Eastern European Jews traditionally eat food that is not Middle-Eastern. Most Eastern European Jews tend to not favor those of Middle-Eastern culture, looks or traditions and are highly prejudist towards them. Ask and most honest ones will not deny this. Basically most Jews in Palestine should return to the Pale of Settlement or Khazaria where they rightfully belong. Palestine has a unique, ancient, continual and beautiful culture. May it never be lost!
What made you such an expert?
Good question Kibbutz. I am of Jewish background. I am one to say these things with experience and knowledge to stand behind my claims. My claim is that most people who call themselves Jews today are not Jews at all but rather converts to the religion hundreds of years earlier. If this be the case, do they have a right of return to a place that their ancestors never lived in? As far as I know it is okay to believe in Torah based Judaism without living in Israel. Why don't Ashkenazis in particular acknowledge their real ancestory and remain in their European homeland? I'm afraid that the State of "Israel" is more about a sinister agenda or plot than it is about the religion of Judaism itself. Explore Benjamin Freeman and what he had to say about the Jews and their history. He put a lot of time, money and research into the Jewish question.
Do you know what the Law of Return is? I rest my case.
Why should someone have the right of return to a place his or her ancestors never lived in? That is absurd! Anyone could insincerely convert to Orthodox Judaism and say "I have a right of return to Israel!" It is as crazy as me saying I am a converted Hindu and am telling the government of India I have the right to permanently settle India now despite having no ancestors who ever lived there! No government other than Israel would allow such a thing to occur. They'd say that's insanity and would have me deported to where I came from.
Sometimes governments allow professionals, big business owners and investors to live in their lands if they will contribute their talents and invest in their country but otherwise countries don't normally do favors to individuals unless there is a refugee situation that is out of control.
