Yes,  The Medicare Advantage plans will likely disappear over time because the untilmate goal of the Democrats is government to run all medical plans socialized medicine for the US.

If passed, probably more.  You can expect to see higher premiums, and higher co-pays.  Also, some of the extra beneifts available in some areas like dental, glasses and gym memberships will either be eliminated or have an extra charge.
