Hello Dolans, Over a year ago I transfered some cc ...

Hello Dolans, Over a year ago I transfered some cc balances to a 0% card and thought that the new rate would be 12.99% when the O% rate ran out. To my surprise when the first new bill came it was 12.99% for each balance transfer. That means about 52% total each month. Yipes!! I should have seen that but the language is so confusing. I called them,but no help there. Any recourse for me? Kate from RI
