Obama is wrong that it is Government's responsibility to purchase "things & services" for The People. The Constitution ensures all Americans the "Right to the Pursuit of Happiness," not happiness. Citizens have the obligation to "play fair" and to "work hard" to earn money to provide for their families good health, good housing and a good life, as well as a good Government (by paying taxes to support the Umpire).
