What kind of puppy should I buy if I want a loyal dog that likes to lick?

I have 2 dogs. 9yr old choc lab. He's awesome. Loyal, sweet, loves to cuddle. I also have a shitzu. He's great. Sweet, loves to snuggle, and he doesn't shed.
