I agree...the white house renovation should be put on hold. As the president says, "why should we be able to keep our thermostats at 72 degrees when there are people out there less fortunate than us ...

500,000 is too much for exec's to be paid

I agree...I like that the President wants to put a cap on the spending and wages of these companies getting bail out money but $500,000....whatever. How about dropping it down to a more reasonable ...

Why should exec be paid even 500,000? A nice number would be zero like everyone else is getting!
