My direct activities are focused on Organizational Learning, Knowledge management and Organizational Effectiveness for the past ten years.

Between the years 1999-2004 I was the knowledge manager at the Engineering & Planning division of Bezeq - the Israeli Telecommunication Corporation. I reported directly to Bezeqs' Vice President E&P.

At that time, it was one of the very first positions in the field of Knowledge Management within corporations in Israel.

I was responsible for the planning and execution of the Organizational learning and Knowledge Management program at the division. It includes conceptualization and development of KM Policy, Methodology and Implementation programs. Best practices stood at the core of this program, as means of knowledge sharing, new knowledge creation and knowledge flow.
