look up the email address for the city involved and ask them your questions. i had a similar problem with new york while i was in tennessee, and got my answers by email and phone calls.

Ron Paul on Super Tuesday

although some people, myself included think ron paul has some great ideas. I have not heard enough on tv to really form a firm opinion yet.
