Of course they do! They are represented in those people who are dear to us and love. Their messages are transmitted to our souls and if we're tune in to them, we can hear them loud and clear...:o)

No, there isn't. Urine can deplete the chlorine level, and form odorous chloramines. The odorous combined chlorine level will rise and the free chlorine level will bottom out.
