Pulling eye muscle

I would suggest that you go and see a doctor about that. Problems with the eyes' muscles can be very tricky and in some rare cases may require surgical intervention.

As da_Les_Man suggested, you should go to a repair shop. You might actually have a 1.8Ghz CPU that was overclocked. If that is the case, if you don't have sufficent cooling the CPU can get heated up ...
