A language in North Africa? A Berber dialect perhaps. There is no such thing as a language with no vowels. Vowels are a linguistically universal feature of every human language.

There is no such thing as an "ugly" language...the whole concept of an ugly language is highly subjective and depends on a person's internalized prejudices and ideas of what sounds aesthetically ...
