Thinking "outside of the box" doesn't even begin to cover it! I'm both-brained - which means I've got a constant dialogue going! I am deeply spiritual, and believe that "God is all that is."

I'm a writer, artist, Ordained Minister of Religious Science, Certified Life Coach; got my MSW with a medical specialization; live in the most beautiful part of the Appalachian mountains; and, at 55, feel like I'm 45. I just lost 140 pounds, and the "real" me now shines through. Did not by dieting or exercising, but by making a fundamental change in my consciousness. Visualized what I wanted to look like and how I wanted to feel, and voila', here I am!!!! Watch out world, I'm shining like a Hubble nebula.
