i love your reply too sus, thnx as you are a dietician so you know and i add more fiber weekly fruit, veggies to my diet,well i love to say HEALTHIER eating not diet,so i am happy....and healthy thank ...

i am VERY healthy probably the best patient my doc has he say beside a male he has who is a weight lifter who drink nothing but 1 to 2% milk cran berry juice and water as i know milk does a BODY GOOD ...

i agree up to a minimum of three to five glasses or one quart of 2% but NO WHOLE MILK WAY TOO MUCH FAT,try sticking with some fat in the milk around 1 to 2 % i love it!working for me,really does the ...
