2001 dodge neon has code P0750 and no upshift
The neon uses a 604 transaxle....The solenoids are mounted on the very front of the transaxle...There are 2 or 3 10 mm bolts holding them down...Generally they are not a real problem.

Dodge truck overheating
Check the impeller on your water pump. If it has a clutch fan..check it..if it has an electric fan...see that it comes on when you reach about midway on the temp. gage.
