Fish, I bought a CD clock and set it to awake me to a mellow track but it still basically startled me every morning...and the I had to wake up at different times on different mornings and the clock ...

Fish, Thanks for feedback.....I guess I am just trying to avoid any noise as much as possible. I cant wake up to ringing or beeping anymore...nor talk radio or a DJ playing some crappy song ...
