About mconti

I am a person who loves life and tries to live it to the fullest.   Professionally, I am a nationally certified Speech-Language Pathologist  (CCC-SLP) working in a public school setting, specializing in Autism Spectrum Disoders.  I also see pre-k students through a private organization to provide services.  I've worked with a variety of children in regular education and special classes who have language delays, communication/social interaction difficulties.  My husband and I have owned our own health club for almost 25 years in the small town where we live.  We have 2 boys, ages 11 and 19.  My husband is also a high school wresting coach so we spend much of our time with other people's children, as well as our own.  We enjoy spending our vacations in North Myrtle Beach and Hawaii.  We have 3 small dogs chihuahua-maltese, and a long haired gray cat.  I love to bake and cook, and enjoy entertaining.  All the holiday family gatherings are held in our home, often 20-30 relatives attend.  Life is good!
