I am 25 and live in Texas. My fiance Jason and I are wanting a baby to love and take care of as our own. We cannot have our own. We have had a few adoptions fall through and we have had 2 surrogates change their minds at the last minute. We are looking for a traditional surrogate that does not charge an outrageous price and has their own insurance.
