Problem with Heat Pump

Sounds like your compressor is tyring to run but your capacitor is not kicking it on. You can hook up a hard start, or install a new capacitor. Not really hard nor exspensive.

John, Thanks for nothing..... I didn't say the freon was low I said other then the freon being low, as in I knew that was not the problem because the freon was not low. I figured it out the problem by ...
