I believe there isn't anyone with that amount of money. The richest person has around 50 billion dollars and also that isn't all in cash.

It's hard to know. I wouldn't buy more shares at this point. It's hard to know where this stock will go with it being new on the market. Let it settle down and reassess the situation in a while.
