I am a Registered Marriage and Family Therapist. I hold a Bachelors Degree in Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Adult Education and Counselling Psychology from the University of Toronto.
I am committed to assisting people to live life with intention. I have taken my years of training and my experience and created easily readable stories on personal growth. I assist readers in exploring their own thinking so they can question what they were taught to believe about themselves, about the ways to live their lives and about what they expect from others.
