Since they are declining to tell people what formulas and baby food does contain it, I would look for those that state they have tested free of it, such as NaturesOne or some other natural formula ...

Because it takes time for the bones and muscles around the moved teeth to adjust properly. Don't rush the process, for sure. Too much too fast is not beneficial to your teeth or mouth in general.
