How do i change the font color in the address text ...

As far as I know there's no way to change the font color in the address bar. Firefox changes is when you're in a secure site (https://), but I don't think you can change it manually. As for the logo ...

Computer format

Assuming that you are running Windows XP, simply insert your windows setup cd in to your cd drive, and restart you computer. There should be an option for formatting and reinstalling windows.

Transfer data from palm to outlook

I'm not sure I understand your question -- are you talking about data that you had on your palm and backed it up on your PC? Maybe the palm OS emulator could help?
