Open mail receipt

Their is an option in outlook where you can send mail to other person and tag it with whether it has been read or not . Tick tat option before sending this mail .

Yes it is possible you can delete all the mails in your inbox by selecting delete all mails at once. It will take time depending on the number of mails in your inbox. But its possible.

Periods

Its a DNC and its because they removed tissue out of the area and that make a change. yes you will have periods after this may be after 4 weeks as ususal .

If your bread is dry and not fresh make some roasted sandwich with that bread . You can roast it and eat with butter or jam . Make some grilled sandwich with vegetables in it .
