"I think you are right... there are ALOT of underlying issues to my depression and anxiety- remembering and focusing on this one indescresion, one in which I meant no harm and am far too hard on myself over, was the straw that broke the camel's back I think. Exploring my issues in therapy has been benifical and I am going to start on some anti-depression meds as well... hopefully this will help me move along with my life."
