Thanks for trying to help, the post you mentioned was actually how I found this site from google. The tv is a phillips 19" crt, I couldn't find a model name, but the number on the back is 19ps30c122 ...

Should I shave my balls or wax them

Get a candle, a close friend, and some duct tape and get to waxing! I know it seems like it would hurt, but quite the opposite. It feels sooo good. You could also skip the wax and just use duct tape ...
