What I have found to help my fibromyalgia the most is Tylenol Arthritis and vitamin B-6. I take 2 Tylenol Arthritis and 1 vitamin B-6 everyother day or daily during flair ups.

Lactic acid does not cause arthritis. Abnormal levels of lactic acid can be a sign of liver disease, diabetes, shock, tissue ischemia (tissue death) or carbon monoxide poisoning. Hope this helps!
