ok.going by the recent research,6 whole eggs per week pose minimum risk[4%].but the risk of fats still remains.so,better to eat egg whites which r very healthy n almost devoid of fat.

depends on ur age.if u r under 35 then 6 whole eggs per week are safe.but u need to cut down on other non-veg foods,n oily stuff overall n combine it with exercise.c,1 egg has 200 mcg of cholesterol n ...
