Actually yours doesnt sound bad. If you want to improve it you can take L-carnitine, zinc, b complex, fish oil, selenium. Dont take hot saunas and wear boxer shorts. Try acupunture as well. Good luck

It can, its best to use preseed lube which wont kill sperm or even olive/canola oil, lubes like ky, astroglide etc can kill sperm. good luck
