You're right. I do know coaches that work with their clients over the phone and meet every so often, but I think I more personal interaction is better. Best of luck.

Glad I could help. I have found that using Yedda in the past has been very helpful, and like you said when you mention the Better Business Bureau, people all of a sudden start to listen.
