Try using a prescription nasal spray every day, like Omnaris or Nasacort. Your Doctor can suggest one that is best for you. It has really helped me but you have to spray it in your nose every day ...

I went to my doctor for a follow up appointment and she said my flu shot would still be effective even though I started my antibiotics two days after getting the flu shot.

I have had a cold that turned into a sinus infection. When I got the flu shot I thought I was suffering from allergies.
