He's just trying to get ahead in his career, and I cant blame him for doing so. Mabey this is a bad approach, though.

My parents are split, and my dad is re-married. My mom is still my dad's friend, and the stepmom doesnt seem to mind. Not everyone will feel as comfortable with it as she does, though.
