Use a maxed out 03 Ford Mustang. Set all gears to tall. The 67 Chevy Camaro also does amazing wheelies. The car must have all level 3 parts,but of course,level 4 would be even sweeter.

Not all cars will wheelie,not even if maxed. I find great wheelie success with a 03 Mustang,an RX7,and a 67 Camaro. Max out any of these 3 and you'll be doing wheelies like crazy! For drifts...use a ...
