Thanks i have 100 amps going in and out and the meter has been changed by ue already i live in the county so i will check out the permit issue my thoughts after they came out and things stopped ...

yes! thanks i know for a fact it is their fault but in the meantime i have contacted contact 2 and an electrician i live in spanish lake the electrician who came out tues did not show back up to do ...
