About BusinessDiva

Sheila is the President and Founder of Capital Strategies.

For over 25 years, she has been dedicated to working with business owners.  This dedication started while growing up on a small family owned farm.  She learned the value of hard work, integrity, and a job well done.  At 18, she moved to the “city” and attended college while working for various small businesses.  Sheila has financial and marketing experience with a broad array of companies from car dealerships to manufacturers, restaurants, print shops, franchises, wholesalers, retail stores and mortgage companies.

Additionally, she is a 20 plus-year commercial lending veteran holding the position of Vice President with several large banking institutions.  She is a graduate of Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington in Seattle (an intensive two-year masters-level program for senior bankers). 

She is a Certified Business Intermediary and a member of the International Business Brokers Association.  She is also a part of the Certified Commercial Investment Member organization and a licensed real estate broker. 

Sheila is a published author with Sydney Biddle Barrows – “Uncensored Sales Strategies”, and marketing copywriter.
